The Pause Platform: Harmonizing Reset of Heart, Mind and Body

This short video series is designed to help you "feel it to believe it".  Explore the felt sense of the Pause and learn more about your Pause Practice. As you watch these videos, notice the sensations that arise in your own heart, mind and body as you experience the practice of mindful awareness.

First, explore body sensation with diaphragmatic breath.

 
 

In the first video of the series, we walk through the physical process of Pausing. Close your eyes or simply relax and allow Suzanne's voice to guide you. Press play to experience the power of a diaphgramatic breath.

Second, create mental awareness with somatic focus.

 
 

Now that you have experienced a diaphragmatic breath, you are ready to bring your awareness into the picture.. Attending to somatic experience is the mental practice of the heart, mind, body. Suzanne guides you in this video to begin training the mind as well as the body.

Finally, experience the benefit of heartfelt intention.

 
 

Once you sync up the mind and body, fully embodying the present moment, it's time to get intentional.   A heart forward mindset includes appreciation for your capacity to Pause and for the gifts you receive when you do.
